User Data Deletion

This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data associated with websites, applications, products and services operated by SAAMTECH SYSTEMS LLP (“SAAMTECH”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including products operated under separate brand names such as Coprint.
How to submit a deletion request
- Send an email to murthy@saamtech.in from the email address associated with your account, where possible.
- Use the subject User Data Deletion Request.
- Tell us which SAAMTECH product or service your request relates to, for example Coprint.
- Provide enough information for us to locate your account or records, such as your registered email address, account identifier, or phone number used with the service.
- Do not send passwords, one-time passwords, payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Identity verification
To protect users from unauthorised deletion requests, we may ask you to verify that you control the relevant account, email address or phone number before we process the request.
What happens after your request
After we verify a valid request, we will delete or anonymise personal data that we are required to delete and that is under our control. We will process the request within the period required by applicable law.
Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting, contractual or legitimate record-keeping obligations. Where data must be retained, access will be limited as appropriate.
Third-party services
SAAMTECH products may use or integrate with third-party services such as Meta, WhatsApp, cloud providers, payment services or other external platforms. A deletion request submitted to SAAMTECH applies to personal data held by SAAMTECH. Data independently held by a third party may need to be deleted using that third party’s own privacy controls or deletion process.
WhatsApp and messaging data
If your request relates to a SAAMTECH product that communicates with you through WhatsApp or another messaging service, include the phone number used for those communications so that we can identify the relevant records. Deleting data held by SAAMTECH does not automatically delete messages or records independently retained by the messaging platform or on your own device.
